House Calls/Visiting Physician or TeleHealth

Medicare/Medicaid/Private Insurance or No Insurance
Your standard Medicare/Medicaid and/or Private Insurance coverage with applicable Co-Pays and Deductibles should apply for both the HouseCalls and TeleHealth visits, labs and imaging (if needed) for patients who have health insurance.
If you do not have health insurance coverage:
We can still see you. A standard home visit costs $235; this would include the medical history, physical evaluation and prescription, if needed. You would be given choices to ask for the analysis of several lab tests on-site at no cost for prioritized patients or at 70% for people with an insurance. Additional testing can be ordered off site; those costs are the responsibility of the patient. If you do not live in an Assisted Living Facility, prices may increase depending on the distance of travel to your home.
